What happens when my trial ends?
You choose a plan or your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted for 30 days.
Do clients need a paid seat?
No. Clients use the portal for free and never count as seats.
What are AI credits?
One credit covers one triage suggestion or reply draft. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, on annual Ops and Enterprise plans.
